How trials, cancellations, and refunds work for your Zarah AI subscription.
Zarah AI offers a 14-day free trial so you can evaluate the app before paying. We encourage you to use the trial to make sure Zarah works for you and your Mac.
If you purchase an annual subscription and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Email support@myloprime.com from the address on your account and we will refund that charge.
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future automatic renewals. Your subscription stays active through the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. To cancel, email us at support@myloprime.com or use the billing link in your purchase receipt.
Renewal charges are generally non-refundable. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before your renewal date. If you are charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us within 14 days and we will review your request in good faith.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe. It may take several business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country, state, or region. Where those laws give you greater rights, those rights apply.
