This EULA governs your right to install and use the Zarah AI desktop software.
Subject to your compliance with this End User License Agreement (“EULA”) and the Terms of Service, Mylo Prime LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Zarah AI desktop application (the “Software”) on Mac computers you own or control, for your own personal or internal business use, for as long as your subscription is active.
Each paid subscription licenses the Software on a per-Mac basis as described at the time of purchase. A 14-day trial may be used without a subscription. You may install updates we make available under this same license.
You may not, and may not permit anyone else to:
The Software is licensed, not sold. Mylo Prime LLC and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual-property rights. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The Software may include third-party or open-source components (for example, the whisper.cpp speech engine and Apple-provided frameworks), which are provided under their own license terms. Those terms govern your use of those components and, where required, are reproduced in the Software's documentation.
We may provide updates, upgrades, or bug fixes at our discretion. This EULA governs any update we provide unless that update is accompanied by a separate license, in which case the separate license governs. We are not obligated to provide updates or to maintain support for older versions.
Your dictations, transcripts, and local history are yours and are processed as described in our Privacy Policy. Audio is processed on your device and is not transmitted to us.
This EULA is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach it or when your subscription ends (subject to any trial period). On termination, you must stop using and remove the Software. Provisions on ownership, restrictions, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, AND YOUR USE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYLO PRIME LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, AS FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE TERMS OF SERVICE, WHICH ALSO CAP OUR TOTAL LIABILITY.
You agree to comply with all applicable U.S. and international export-control laws and not to use or export the Software in violation of them. If you are a U.S. Government end user, the Software is “commercial computer software” licensed with only those rights granted to all other end users under this EULA.
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, consistent with the Terms of Service.
